Choose a selected group with whom you will implement your Health Education Plan. Potential sites include day care centers, Boy Scout or Girl Scout groups, after-school programs for children, senior citizen community centers, and others.
Research the existing community resources and materials available to help meet the needs of the group. Use available databases to find information about the group selected. Include the Health Education Handout you have already created. The handout may be adapted to meet the learning needs of your selected group.

Outline the steps to implement the educational plan
Evaluate the patient and family response to educational plan – patient and family acceptance and integration with plan guidelines and recommendations.
Use at least four professional resources to develop the project outline.
