There are many regulations that health care providers must comply with, and often these regulations impact healthcare organizations and providers in different ways. Compliance with these regulations requires a change in how business is done or perhaps changing policies and procedures within the organization. One issue that is very serious in the healthcare field is fraud and abuse. Many regulatory agencies have plans and guidelines to help health care professionals avoid fraud and abuse, but at the center of the regulatory environment is the need for employees to understand what constitutes fraud and abuse, and how to best avoid it.

You have hired ten new employees and they need to complete training on fraud and abuse. Create a fraud and abuse training seminar for new healthcare employees.
