I’m working on a health & medical multi-part question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn. Consider a healthcare organization with which you have some familiarity. This could be a hospital system like Conway Medical Center or some other organization. For your chosen company, where would you place them on the data strategy continuum from “What’s Your Data Strategy” and why? Next, describe how implementing an EHR in your chosen company must necessarily be informed and go hand-in-hand with the organization’s data strategy. What could happen if the Data strategy and EHR capabilities are not in alignment?
